Payment methods offers a wide choice of secure payment methods, each through reliable payment services. We do not charge transaction costs for webshop orders, Uniwork / considers it our own responsibility that you can pay easily and safely as a customer.

Uniwork offers post-pay via Klarna, the service of Credit Cards, Paypal, Bancontact / Mister Cash, Sofort Banking or Belfius. So plenty of choice for the Netherlands and Europe.
You can of course also use the fast and most used Dutch platform iDEAL, or keep it easy with a normal Bank Transfer using our Iban BIC info.

In the case of an approved return of (part of) the order, we always refund the purchase price to the account number with which the order was paid. This is therefore either the same payment provider or the account number with which you have paid via the payment method.

1. Bank transfer (payment up front) 
You can easily use our bank info to make the payment for your order. Bank transfers must be paid in advance. If you choose this option, you will receive an invoice and payment reference which you can use within the payment term of 8 days.
The payment is transferred to our payment platform Mollie Payments in combination with an RF reference code.
You can also have the instruction (in English) sent to you by email. The transfer is automatically processed in our webshop upon arrival.

Have you lost this payment reference? You can still make the payment via your webshop account (if you have one) or you can transfer it to the Uniwork Beroepskleding account number:

As soon as the payment has been processed by our administration, you will receive notification and we will process the order.

2. iDEAL

With iDEAL you can pay for online purchases safely, securely and easily. This is a payment method used in The Netherlands and moreoften also in Europe. Please contact your bank to see if you can use this.
You enter in a trusted payment environment on the internet, with the specific security methods of your own bank. iDEAL currently only works for customers with a Dutch bank account number, but is also being expanded in other countries.

3. Afterpay within 14 days with Klarna / Segoria

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service.   • Slice it: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United KingdomGermanySwedenNorwayDenmark and Finland.
  • Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
  • Direct Debit: Available in Germany, Sweden, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service ​or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicate​d. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
  • Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. As a private individual you also have the option to pay afterwards, provided you are accepted by Klarna on the basis of address details.
This way you can see, fit, try and pay for the product first. Klarna only supports individuals; this way, there will not be a company name on your Klarna invoice. If this is not a problem, you can also order via Klarna as a company, but you are responsible for the payment within the agreed term.
When ordering with payment option Klarna you also agree with their conditions.
So you can only use this service if you order under your own name (not on behalf of a company). The payment method is only visible if the billing address and the delivery address match. With the Klarna payment service, amounts of € 50, - to € 450, - can be paid afterwards.

Was your order refused by Klarna for any reason? Then we advise to pay via an other option like bank transfer. We can not change the outcome of the Klarna choice. Please place a new order in this situation.

4. MasterCard / Visa / Maestro

If you have a MasterCard / VISA / Maestro credit card, this is also a suitable payment method. With these credit cards amounts up to € 1000, - can be settled. Your purchase is also directly insured.

5. PayPal
Paypal is a secure international payment system. If you have a PayPal account, you can easily pay via your own PayPal payment environment. You can put money into your Paypal account via bank transfer or credit card. Every purchase is also directly insured.

6. Bancontact / Mister Cash
For our Belgian customers we offer Bancontact and Mister Cash. With Bancontact and Mister Cash various orders with delivery address can be settled in Belgium.

7. SOFORT Banking and Belfius
SOFORT Banking em Belfius is also used mainly in Belgium. with these services, larger amounts can also be settled.
